Chris Akaeze Ph.D., DBA

Campus Academic Director, Delv-IN Campus

Dr. Chris Akaeze is the Campus Academic Director at Delv-IN Campus, overseeing academic programs, faculty development, and curriculum management. With more than 15 years of academic experience, Dr. Chris is dedicated to fostering educational excellence and creating a student-centered learning environment. In his role, Dr. Chris works closely with department heads and faculty to ensure that academic offerings are aligned with industry standards and accreditation requirements. He is also responsible for implementing innovative teaching strategies, enhancing student retention, and maintaining high academic standards across all programs. Dr. Doe holds a Ph.D. in Education and a master’s in project management. Before joining the Delv-IN Campus, he served in many other Institutions, where he successfully led initiatives to revamp the curriculum and expand online learning opportunities. A passionate advocate for lifelong learning, Dr. Chris is committed to empowering students and faculty to reach their full potential. His leadership has led to expanding academic programs, increased faculty engagement, and improved student outcomes at Delv-IN Campus. Dr. Chris focuses on academic integrity, educational innovation, and strategic growth within the institution. In addition to his academic responsibilities, Dr. Chris is actively involved in research on educational technology and curriculum reform and regularly presents at national conferences. He is dedicated to building a solid academic community supporting personal and professional development.

Dr. Nana Akaeze

Campus President, Delv-IN Campus

As the campus president of Delv-IN Campus, Dr. Nana Akaeze oversees academic, administrative, and operational functions. With over 15 years of experience in higher education leadership, Dr. Nana has a proven track record of fostering educational excellence, student success, and community engagement. Before her role at Delv-IN-Capus, Dr. Nana held several leadership positions, including President of Academic Affairs and Dean of Student Services, where she implemented strategic initiatives to improve student retention, curriculum development, and institutional growth. Dr. Nana holds a DBA in International Business and an MEd in Educational Leadership and Policy. She is deeply committed to advancing the institution's mission, supporting faculty and staff development, and providing students with opportunities to achieve their academic and professional goals. Under her leadership, the campus has seen a rise in enrollment, expanded partnerships with local industries, and enhanced campus life initiatives. In addition to her work at the university, Dr. Nana advocates for education accessibility and serves on several boards that focus on student empowerment, diversity, and inclusion. She is dedicated to creating a campus environment where innovation, collaboration, and academic integrity thrive.
